Encryption in transit & at rest
All data is encrypted in transit with TLS and encrypted at rest. Passwords are salted and hashed, never stored in plain text.
Account security & 2FA
Every account can enable two-factor authentication (TOTP). Review and revoke active sessions, and lock the app behind your device biometrics.
Document safety
Uploaded files are scanned for malware before they can be downloaded, and health documents are only visible to people you invite.
No ads, no trackers
Viara does not run ads, embed analytics SDKs, or sell data to brokers. Your care data is never monetized.
HIPAA & BAA
Viara is not a covered entity, but we follow HIPAA-aligned safeguards. Organizations that need one can request a Business Associate Agreement.

Export your records as JSON, revoke access at any time, and permanently delete your account, including your data.
