Who is Viara for?

Family caregivers: adult children coordinating care for aging parents, parents of children with complex needs, spouses, and the wider circle of family and helpers who pitch in.

Can I export or delete my family's data?

Yes. Export your family's health information anytime, or delete your account and all associated data permanently from Settings.

How does Viara work for family caregivers?

Viara brings caregiving into one shared place. Create a care circle for your loved one, track medications, appointments, and symptoms, keep a private family timeline, and update everyone in real time with no scattered texts or missed doses.

Is my family's data safe?

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. There are no ads, no data brokers, and we never sell your data. Uploaded documents are scanned for malware, and two-factor authentication is available on every account. You can export or delete your data anytime.

Is Viara a medical device?

No. Viara organizes and shares health information. It doesn't diagnose, treat, or replace your providers, and it isn't a substitute for emergency services. In an emergency, always call your local emergency number.

Can everyone in my family see everything?

No. You invite each person into a specific person's care circle and set per-person permissions: full caregiver or read-only viewer. You can review or revoke anyone's access at any time.

What does Viara cost?

Free to start: one person in care, one caregiver, and unlimited read-only viewers. When your family grows, the Family plan is $9.99/month. See pricing for the full breakdown.

Can professional caregivers or organizations use Viara?

Yes. Invite nurses, aides, or agencies with per-person permissions, and request a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) from inside the app for professional, HIPAA-covered arrangements.
