What counts as a person in care?

Each person you coordinate care for counts as a separate person in care, with their own care circle, documents, and permissions. Read-only viewers never count toward your limits.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel in the app at any time. When you downgrade, you keep read access to everything you created; nothing is deleted.

Is my family's data sold?

Never. There are no ads, no trackers, and no data brokers in Viara. Your data is encrypted, stays yours, and can be exported or deleted anytime.

Do you offer a BAA for HIPAA?

Yes. Professional and agency accounts can request a Business Associate Agreement from inside the app for HIPAA-covered arrangements.

What is a read-only viewer?

A viewer can see a person's care circle without editing anything. Viewers are free and unlimited on every plan, so the whole family can stay informed at no extra cost.
